Administrative Team
MaryAnn is our Front Office Coordinator and a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Beautiful Sonoma County has been her home since she moved here from Los Gatos, California to attend Sonoma State University, where she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration and Management in 2004. MaryAnn began her career in orthodontics as an RDA in 1999 and joined our team on a part-time basis in 2002. After graduating college, MaryAnn transferred to our front office and now wows us full-time with her exceptional customer service skills and Dr. Davis smile. Always the achiever, she has recently seized the opportunity to learn the treatment coordinator position. MaryAnn says she truly enjoys working in the orthodontic field and seeing new smiles everyday. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and entertaining friends.
Judy is our Treatment Coordinator. A former “Air Force Brat,” Judy has considered Sonoma County her home and dentistry her field for thirty-odd years. She has been happily married for just as long, although she would puzzlingly tell you she is only twenty-nine! We have enjoyed Judy as our treatment coordinator for twenty-plus years. Prior to this, she worked for Dr. Craig Davis’ father, “the other Dr. Davis.” Judy has two grown daughters, which allows her some spare time for gardening, cycling, entertaining and travel. If you were to ask anyone what is special about Judy, we are certain they would break into a wide grin and respond that she is just a ton of fun!
Kim has been in dentistry since 2005, and is our office's Financial Coordinator. If you have an insurance question, she’s your lady! Kim and her husband moved to sunny California from the Oregon Coast years ago and have been thoroughly enjoying the sunshine and warmth ever since. She has two wonderful sons who both reside in Southern California. Kim is a smiling testimonial to Dr. Davis’ expertise and Damon System technology, and will happily share her experience with patients. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her Scotty and Daschund, crafts, traveling, and being active in her church. She can be heard telling others that it is “a pleasure to work for Dr. Davis and a staff so devoted to caring for each patient.” Kim is warm, friendly, and helpful with each and every person she meets. It is our pleasure to have her on the team.
Karen has been a part of our office since it opened in 1985. She is our Office Manager and a core member of our team. Raised on both coasts of the country, this UC Davis graduate has been a Sonoma County resident since 1982. Karen’s work usually takes place “behind the scenes” to keep our office running smoothly. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. When she does get an opportunity to work with our patients, it is her pleasure to get to know them and see their beautiful smiles! Besides being the office manager, Karen is also the lovely wife of Dr. Davis and the proud mother of three terrific sons: Ryan, Brad and Dan. In addition to spending quality time with family and friends, Karen likes to read mystery novels, scrapbook, bake desserts and breads, and - out of necessity - exercise.
Clinical Team
Lori is a Registered Dental Assistant and joined our team in January 2006. She has more than 12 years of experience in orthodontics and never tires of seeing beautiful smiles created every day. Born and raised in Petaluma, Lori attended Casa Grande High School and the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Assisting Program. She and her husband and two sons, Cody and Evan, reside in Petaluma. During her spare time, she enjoys exercising, shopping and hanging out with family and friends. When she has enough spare time, you might find her en route to Hawaii. There’s a Dr. Davis touch in her beautiful smile, too!
Heather has been a Registered Dental Assistant specializing in orthodontics since 2002. She was born and raised in Petaluma, and attended St. Vincent High School and the SRJC Dental Assisting Program. She loves spending time with her son, Davin, and Lucky, her Yorkshire Terrier. Heather joined our team in 2004 and enjoys getting to know all our patients. She finds it very rewarding to see the positive impact a great smile has on a person’s confidence. During her leisure time, Heather likes to watch sports, especially football and baseball. She also enjoys watching UFC and WEC, but don’t tell her we told you!
Celina began her orthodontic career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2003 at our office and has remained here since. She was born and raised in Sonoma County and “cannot imagine living anywhere else.” She lives in Rohnert Park with her husband, Joe, their son Dylan, and a very energetic Pomeranian named Ace. Celina’s beautiful smile is a testament to the work of Dr. Davis and the Damon System. In her spare time, Celina likes to hike outdoors and spend time with family and friends.
Becky has been working in the orthodontic field since 2006. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant and a graduate of the College of Marin Dental Assisting Program. Becky was born in Santa Rosa and raised in Sonoma County. She lives with an adorable cat named Bella, who according to Becky requires as much care and maintenance as a child. In her free time, Becky enjoys exercising – most recently with the Wii Fit – and spending time with family and friends.
Nikki first joined the clinical team as sterilization technician in 2006. After graduating college, she reunited with Dr. Davis’ team to assist in several capacities within the office, including sterilization. While she continues her language studies at Santa Rosa Junior College and Middlebury College, Nikki enjoys interacting with and supporting patients in their orthodontic progress. She says, “Dr. Davis’ staff is a really unique group of amazingly caring, good-natured professionals. It is a joy to be a part of their work in patients’ lives.” Nikki is another member whose smile has benefited from Dr. Davis’ expertise! Aside from her education and professional life, Nikki loves a good tennis match, piano music, cozying up with friends at home and traveling wide to friends abroad.
